With one of the largest and most protected Atlantic forests, it has several waterfalls, an extensive and rich biodiversity, in tune with the vivid and ancestral culture. It has just received the title of Unesco World Heritage. .

About the Lodge
Ventos da Bocaina lodge is located on the buttresses of Serra do Mar, at 1.710 meters high.
It has been constructed by a natural free flight track. The lodge’s main body integrates the social areas, a deck and the rooms with a 180º dazzling view. On the horizon you can appreciate the whole Vale do Paraíba and the imposing Serra da Mantiqueira.
With the full capacity of 14 people, the lodge invites to enjoy the intimate mood, a warm atmosphere with homemade food and cosy independent rooms.
Come to relax, surrounded by nature, delighting at an experience which only Pousada Ventos da Bocaina can provide.

Our kitchen
Our daily rates include a delicious breakfast, a hearty lunch and a light evening meal.
Soft drinks, beer and wine are at your fingertips, so you can serve yourself and write down your own consumption. If you wish, we can prepare natural juices and some drinks.
Breakfast is served until 10:30 am, with regional products. We serve homemade bread, fruit salad, cake, natural juice and cheese. We also prepare some other delicious treats to get your day started.
Lunch is homemade and served when the guests return from hiking trails, waterfalls and sightseeing tours. This is the moment when everybody gets together, bonding.The meal is cooked on a tradicional burning oven. There’s always a dessert and coffee.

Between lunch and dinner the guests use their spare time to rest, read a book or watch a movie. At the end of the day we serve a light night meal: a soap, a pie or a quiche.
